  1. OMG! You are the first person I have found that knows how to treat duck! My favorite is Muscovy but I must admit I haven’t tasted Moulard. I find Muscovy to be very lean with little fat to worry about but then that’s probably because I raise my own and don’t over feed them with grains. I’ll have to try this recipe. What a treat! Thank you 😀
