  1. Love your description of the bison. You have never really been unnerved until a bison tracks you slowly as you ride your bike through Yellowstone. Yikes! I have only has bison once long ago and I think I liked it so I will have to try this if I can get my hands on some bison meat. Funny that we used the same phrase this week – umami bomb. -Kat
