  1. I recently bought the iPad version of Food Quarterly. Great publication and I am enjoying the writing and recipes. I was going to make the vanilla custard recipe but I don’t see an oven temperature listed. Can you tell me what temp I should use please?

  2. I agree, genius recipes is one of my favorites on food52, a trusted resource for great recipes. Al forno’s pasta recipe is on regular rotation and I planned on making Nigella’s chocolate cake soon also.


  3. Tom, I could’nt agree more! Food52 is my second home thanks to the expert and creative team led by Amanda and Merrill . And, the Genius Recipes are one of my favorite features. They do the heavy lifting and make us all look good.
