  1. I just saw a post on Food 52 about your Sunday Dinner posts and ended up at your site. I saw this recipe and felt compelled to say I had never really heard of adobo until a week ago when I saw a recipe for chicken adobo which I made last night with skinless bone in chicken thighs. Thank you for giving me some more information on this type of cooking. Can’t wait to try your ribs, if it ever stops raining.
