  1. Dear Tom: Again, another great recipe. My mother used to make a boiled dinner using cabbage as one of the ingredients. It was easy and delicious. I will try this. Thanks, Bonnie.

  2. I agree. Cabbage is wonderful stuff. I’ll venture another reason why people don’t buy it much… they are afraid!
    (booooOOO- hooooOOOO… ghostly Halloween sounds, etc)
    Many don’t know how to cook it so maybe that’s why they avoid it.

    The photo of the three cabbages is gorgeous!.
